Preparing an enquiry
The contact form first builds a draft in your browser. Choosing Submit enquiry stores your contact and project details in a private queue on the website host and requests a notification to the company email inbox so the team can respond. The enquiry is then imported into Bohr CRM when its connection is available. You can also open your email app, copy the draft or download a text file. An email draft is sent only when you send it through your email service.
Information you choose to send
The draft can include your contact details, company and project or equipment information. Send only what is useful for the enquiry. Add photographs or drawings separately after checking that you are comfortable sharing them.
Email, files and browser data
An email you send is handled by your email provider and the recipient's email service. A copied draft stays on your device clipboard until replaced; a downloaded draft is a file on your device. Unsubmitted drafts are not saved to website storage. Submitted enquiries are retained in the hosting queue and imported into Bohr CRM. Delivery references and statuses prevent duplicate submissions. A website receipt confirms that the hosting queue saved your enquiry; it does not by itself confirm CRM sync or inbox delivery. Email notification may still be awaiting confirmation. Your browser may remember form entries according to your own browser settings.
Website hosting services may record technical request information such as IP address, requested page and time. Links to other websites open services with their own privacy practices.

For questions about information you have sent, including a correction or deletion request, contact integralqualitymechanical@gmail.com. Identify the enquiry without including unnecessary sensitive information.
